Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan Tour Itinerary

Day 1

KATHMANDU

Arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free for individual activities. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Today Meal: Lunch and Dinner

Day 2

After breakfast departure to Chitwan National Park. on the way visit Manakamana temple by cable car. Arrive Chitwan and check in to hotel with welcome drinks. Dinner followed by Tharu Culture Dance and over night stay at hotel.

Day 3

CHITWAN (JUNGLE ACTIVITIES)

After breakfast, start dugout canoeing at Budhi Rapti river to see the crocodiles and its habitat along with the bird watching. After canoeing, start jungle walk, get to Elephant Breeding Centre and back to hotel. After lunch Elephant back safari or Jeep Safari(Anyone). Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 4

CHITWAN – POKHARA

After breakfast departure to Pokhara, Arrive Pokhara and check in to hotel with welcome drinks. After Lunch visit Devis Falls and Gupteshor Cave, Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 5

POKHARA CITY SIGHTSEEING

Early morning drive to Sarangkot to veiw sunrise over Annapurna Ranges and back to hotel. After breakfast, start Pokhara valley sightseeing including: Vindhyabasani Temple, International Mountaineering Musuem. Late Afternoon boat ride at Phewa Lake at Pokhara to visit Tal Barahi Temple. Evening is free to explore lakeside market by self. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 6

POKHARA – KATHMANDU

After breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu and check in to hotel. Kathmandu sightseeing including Swayambhunath Stuapa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square along with Kumari Temple. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 7

KATHMANDU

After breakfast starts Kathmandu valley sightseeing including: Pashupatinath Temple, Buddhanilkantha, Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 8

DEPARATURE

After breakfast departure transfer to international airport for final departure.

Kindly check the hotel reviews & photos on Internet. Our efforts are to give you the best hotels in the budget of the package mentioned above. But in any case if you need the higher category of hotels please let us know. In that case cost may increase. Please check & reply. Later on no complaint would be entertained.
All sightseeing depend upon time limit, weather conditions etc.
Note:
Kindly note that the names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In case the accommodation is not available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost

It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reasons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
Cancellation Charges:
Any time after booking but before 45 days of departure date - No Cancellation charges from our end will be levied but it is subject to our vehicle suppliers, hotels & airline cancellation policy. If our suppliers, hotels and airlines levy cancellation charges then in that case you need to bear the cancellation charges. But the customer needs to pay our service charges for tour and tickets booking and cancellation. For clarification about our service charges do write to us.
Between 44 days & 30 prior to date of departure: 25 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline / Train cancellation charges.
Between 29 days to 23 days prior to date of departure – 35 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline cancellation charges.
Between 22 days to date of departure – 100 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline / Train cancellation charges.
